People who send an email saying "I'm getting an error message".

WHERE DID YOU GET IT?!

WHAT IS THE FUCKING ERROR MESSAGE?!

OH NO SURE LET ME LOOK IN MY CRYSTAL BALL, I'LL HAVE IT FIGURED OUT FOR YOU IN NO FUCKING TIME.

    @Linux Yes. But imo it should be common sense that you at least send the error message along. Nearly all clients do that though but just those few who don't...

    I recently got "pushing isn't working".
    And then ten minutes later "it's fixed now".
    Still don't know what the issue was.

    "It's giving an error message"
    "Which one? What were you doing?"
    "I was translating and the message appeared"...

    Ffffff I've always hated dealing with users.

    Not aware about the service or product you offer to your clients, but if you provide a way to collect logs automatically when they reach out to feedback or report, then it will be a win-win case for both of you. Like, in android, if an app crashes, it will send logs along with the report. Something similar.

    Don't know about your case, but I think you can link the user to his hosting account from his email. What is worse if you can't link to his account or what you said "I'm having an error"
    Same as bug reports we get:
    App is freezing, or it doesn't show me the image (and you have a million place where images are displayed but you need to find out which one -.-)

    Today, I did someone's transfer and their manager said they didn't show up as the right ID. I asked them where it was showing up wrong, and she said the same thing that they didn't need this type of ID, they needed another kind. I didn't answer and 10 minutes later, she said it was updated and good to go. Some people are just dense 😂
