Many people, especially ones in managment positions, don't have an issue with point 2, as they do not think.

@Tonnoman yeah but I spotted that I am asked to solve algorithm in front of people and explain how to solve it and I fucking fail cause I need to fucking think how to solve it. Moreover they try to describe it as pair programming but it looks like this: you talk and everyone is silent or just approves whatever the fucking stupid shit you said.

Then after interview I lay on couch in silience and my mind is ah fuck you fucking moron it was easy.

So from now on I just fucking tell people to shut the fuck up I need to think or you want me to google it.

@vane mental note: Bring pen and blank paper. Draw pictures. If they get assholish, draw Dilbert.
