@mostr4am the thing is I was in the state of solitude for 90% of my life and it is really peaceful.
I have no problem being in the quiet and aloneness at all. I enjoy it :) -
@atheist doing good since a few days. Thanks ^^
-
@mostr4am thanks, man. But ngl I don't want another chick
-
@spoiledgoods ty man :))
-
@atheist bro, I am done being emotional. The last few weeks were an emotional rollercoaster but since yesterday I'm feeling some sort of numbness and am just laughing at it ^^
-
That I'll heal after breakup

You're a sicko who belongs into a mental clinic
-
@vane I used to use Centos in vps environments. Didn't know that it died. Damn.
All in all this sounds more like a better version of NixOS (things are easily available out of the box and installing UI stuff) but in a more complete, more supported and non declarative way. -
@nosoup4u that's fair. If I didn't have time and was busy, I would also not do it. Arch Linux is also a very good distro
-
@vane I see. That's quite interesting. Other than that what else makes you choose Fedora instead of something like Gentoo?
-
@nosoup4u speaking of NixOS. I can clean up my config file and upload it to GitHub if you're interested. I can guide you through what everything is for, as well. No problem.
NixOS has a really steep learning curve, unfortunately. At one point you realize that the docs are shit and that you have to read through thousands of repositories, instead. -
@nosoup4u thanks and same until I just went for it haha
-
@cprn that's awesome.
Also I like NixOS but I also see some flaws with it. Which is why I'm trying out Gentoo now in a VM. Might switch to Gentoo or have Nix (the package manager) installed in Gentoo next to the Portage package manager.
I'm driving a CB125R from Honda.
But damn your XSR is really powerful. You should do some vlogs with it. I would watch them lol -
@Ranchonyx I checked and I didn't get a request
-
@Ranchonyx do you have discord?
Let's DM there because this is getting too specific lmao
Mine is mystical_myst -
@Ranchonyx nice and yes, I am a 20 minute drive away from Minden haha
-
Congrats. Same here.
I also finished my apprenticeship a few weeks ago.
FIAE or FISI?
Also WAGO perhaps? -
Damn. Even though I am not a big fan, I have to congratulate on this one since it is a huge milestone.
-
@jestdotty I do not think that it is everywhere like that.
I can live with it by either constantly job hopping or by creating my own company -
I shouldn't say our because I don't work there anymore. Thank god.
-
@retoor I worked with a ton of technologies.
I can name at this moment from the top of my head:
C#, Entity Framework (ORM), Asp.Net, PowerShell, Hyper-V, Microsoft SQL, Docker with compose, Kubernetes, gRPC, RabbitMQ, REST APIs, GitHub Actions (CI), Moq, xUnit, Postman, TypeScript and React
The software is a Hyper-V management tool which the clients could use on our web portal. The end clients do have physical On-Premise systems which do have VMs. My software is an installed agent that interacts within the On-Premise server with our service that I also wrote. That service communicates with the rest of our systems including our web portal. -
How did it go? Especially the one at the Hub?
-
Kirk who?

Feature request: Add the ability to also download the comments (+ with media) of each post of a user.
Otherwise we only have the posts but without comments a huge part of the memories are also missing. At least for me. -
@thebiochemic xD that's a good one

About time
-
@retoor can you give the link to the matrix
-
@retoor heck yeah it was in Nijmegen and I was part of it. It feels like I'm the only one left of that group who is still on devRant tho. I don't see the others online anymore
