@AceDev If I tell you and you open it you have to get me Pizza
-
@lungdart
It's there already on one of my repos -
MAGA!
-
I'm sorry for your loss :(
-
@lorentz That's one of the many reasons I only use TF from C. Never from Python
-
@WildOrangutan I would agree, if the damn linter had found ONE error
-
@Lensflare If you can download the damn thing... I'm on a fiber optic connection with a downlink speed of 480Mbps and the download failed three times.

@aviophille It's a watch app. I'm stuck at publishing it because Google has changed the rules in November for individual developers, meaning I need 20 testers before I can go live. Funnily enough, they don't need to install the app it seems. As long as they accept the invite to test the app, they are counted.
Since it's "closed testing", you need to join a Google Group first, and then accept the invite to test. So far, I've found 18 testers.
App video (slightly older version):

Group:
https://groups.google.com/g/...
Test invitation:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/...
If you and/or your GF own a Wear OS (read Android) watch and wanted to try the app, don't purchase it. Let me know and I'll generate a promo code. -
@aviophille In that case, maybe you or your GF would be interested in testing my Android app (sales pitch 😆)
-
@aviophille Can't. There are a few booty calls there I can summon, like Naruto would with toads 😉
BTW, why is your username aviophille? You a pilot? -
@lorentz Will do buddy!
-
@lungdart Much appreciated. If you have a compatible watch, I'd love for you to play with the app and see if you find any bugs. You can use any ICAO airport as your destination.
Side note: Hopefully it is still free. If not, drop a line here and I'll generate a promo code for it. Google hasn't learned yet that apps in closed testing should automatically be free. -
@novatomic Looks like they count invite acceptance numbers, not actual installations. If you go ahead and accept the invite, I'll still count
-
@retoor I meant, from your comment to his ears.
I guess they want to combat rubbish apps, but unlike the fruit company, they don't want to test every app by hand. -
@retoor You wanna tag Google' CEO in that comment? I've been banned from a few reddit subs for looking for nerdy people who have a Pixel or Samsung watch...
-
So, in the unlikely case that you're interested, you can join closed testing by first joining https://groups.google.com/g/... and then accepting the invitation on https://play.google.com/apps/...
-
@retoor It's for new individual developers who joined after November

@Wisecrack The simulator side of it works with X-Plane, so anything you load on X-Plane works here.
Once I get this to work, I can think about adding TCAS to it. X-Plane supports TCAS, so shouldn't be complicated. -
@Wisecrack Flight simulator for personal use
-
@asgs
If it runs, it's OK. Everything else is a feature -
Metric please...
-
@Oktokolo Yeah it cost me around $70 to order 5 PCBs from China... The most expensive part was the damn MCU at $4 a piece...
-
@Oktokolo That was plan A, until I realised my money printing machine has stopped working :(
-
Yes
-
Woke alert! You are not allowed to use the R word or you will be censored.
-
@electrineer
Interstellar? -
Retard.
Because some woke uni kid said it's a bad word. -
You can't use RETARD as it it offensive to intellectually and developmentally challenged people (just kidding)
-
@aviophile Retard is offensive to "intellectually and developmentally challenged" people (source https://globaldownsyndrome.org/abou...)
