@tahnik Ghostery used to be quite buggy, but seems more stable now. On the other hand, grammerly can't even be switched on without crashing...

Just for those interested, here are the results for IE 11 (no extensions obvs) and Edge 41 with Adblock plus, Ghostery and Translate extensions on. The extension taking 225mb of ram is Ghostery.

@Celes yeah. I'm mean im a games design artist and have limited experience with Cry. But i think the engine is deprecated? Why Star Citizen moved to Lumberyard which is a modified version of Cry.

@JS96 i quite liked Vivaldi. It felt modern but its UI was a bit all over the place and it kept needing to be reinstalled. Opera is my back up browser. Although firefox may displace this. I still use Edge as my primary. seems to get better all the time.

Have to say that im not a fan of the design of Firefox. The design still seems stuck in the past. Having said that, design preference is a personal choice.

But the options are either to release the browser under apples terms and possibly get people to start using it on there PC's because the mobile app makes use of better integration when compared to using two separate browsers. Or they can not release it and not get as many potential users.

@RTRMS not really. Apple don't allow for other render engines. So edge with with safari engine is still better than no no edge in my opinion. This way people have PC integration. This way the OS will maximise performance and battery life. Same applies with Chromium for android.

Although i will admit, i like the Chikara engine. Bit being the same engine as IE, it does have some issues.

It's good for those that use PC's as there will be much better integration between the platforms. Also, Edge for android will use chromium while iOS will use webkit. So even if you don't like Edges native web renderer, that shouldn't be an issue.
