@Lensflare there is nothing to disagree on. My reasoning is rock solid.
-
@Lensflare "Btw who keeps upvoting this annoying piece of shit?"
People just like cool kids like me better than you nerdy ass. You probably got shoved into the toilet bowl a few time by your multiple bullies. -
@Lensflare his argument and mine are the SAME, idiot.
Space are annoying to use and of course the IDE would solve that, but that's just re-inventing the wheel given we already have a mechanism for that that works in anything ascii, which unlike your fancy jetbrains doesn't take 8go of RAM. -
But of course it comes from the fact your corponazi ass never truely got the magic of programming. It's just a way to pay the billz for you. Beotian
-
@Lensflare in fact, I'd go as far as saying code is a subset of "table", defined (by wikipedia) as "A table is an arrangement of information or data, typically in rows and columns, or possibly in a more complex structure.".
We do have rows and columns in code. Punchcards are table and so are computer programs. -
@Lensflare So why on earth would you not use a mechanism that existed for more than a century, instead relying on your fancy retarded javaist IDE to solve a problem that already was solved by our grand grand parent.
-
@Lensflare "self contradictory"
lmao, you said tabulation and identation were different things. Wikipedia begs to differ
"The word tab derives from the word tabulate, which means "to arrange data in a tabular, or table, form." When a person wanted to type a table (of numbers or text) on a typewriter, there was a lot of time-consuming and repetitive use of the space bar and backspace key. To simplify this, a horizontal bar was placed in the mechanism called the tabulator rack. Pressing the tab key would advance the carriage to the next tabulator stop. The original tabulator stops were adjustable clips that could be arranged by the user on the tabulator rack. Fredric Hillard filed a patent application for such a mechanism in 1900.[3]
The tab mechanism came into its own as a rapid and consistent way of uniformly IDENTING (!!!!!) the first line of each paragraph."

@Demolishun I think we should build a giant fire and feed the spacers to it.
God will recognize his own -
@Lensflare "Your typewriter doesn‘t write a long ass tab character, does it?"
In effect, yes, that's exactly what it does. What it doesn't do is press space repeatedly like a fucking idiot. -
@Lensflare there is a special character in ascii specifications just for that purpose. Why on earth would you not use it and just use space itself.
I mean the "0" char would make a decent "o" letter. Should we get rid of it too, you retard? -
@Lensflare
"Every single code editor in the world can translate tabs to multiple spaces."
Of course they can you dumb bitch. What I'm saying is that they shouldn't -
@Lensflare you're sick dude. Why do you rape kittens? Why do you use spaces at all?
-
@Lensflare
> The tab mechanism came into its own as a rapid and consistent way of uniformly indenting the first line of each paragraph. Often a first tab stop at 5 or 6 characters was used for this, far larger than the indentation used when typesetting. -
Look at this kitty and tell me to my face that @Lensflare isn't a hard blooded monster. This kitten just got raped.
-
@Lensflare have you ever even seen a real typewritter?
-
@Lensflare
you are still bringing the carriage to a specific column and thus using the tab key as it's been intended forever instead of keeping pushing SPACE-SPACE-SPACE-SPACE-SPACE like my parkinson grandpa
you exemplify the dumb user taking the long way to do things lmao -
@Lensflare indentation buttons comes from typewritters you retard. It predate even the invention of variable-space fonts.

@retoor acid
-
@netikras i see the misunderstanding
-
@Lensflare your dick is a twat and your twat is a cunt, which itself is a bhole. Your belly button is also a bhole, and your mouth is a pussy. Your eyes are anal fistulas and your ear are ridiculously large.
-
@Lensflare that's because you suck.
Tabs are made to (guess what) tabulate aka structure data into columns
Indentation is structuring code data into columns
Space are the punctuation we use to seperate WORDS.
You are everything that is wrong with this world and the prototype of the dumbass using things wrong and thinking he's clever, you baboonesque idiot. -
@MammaNeedHummus like this?

well he wanted to catch a train
he died
shit's dangerous
whateva you do do not stay close to the train trax unless you want to ride it -
yea onsite on nothing idiot.
We use slack. It sucks ass
