Not going to figure out what this means. I will click the box, see if the spam stops, if not do the exact opposite.

@CptFox Thanks for the advice! I was considering a Ryokan and I will try one if I'm able to make reservation while I'm there.
Taiyaki was already on my schedule but Katsudon looks great as well. I will definitely try some if I walk past a shop that sells it 😁 -
@mannodermaus Sorry for the late reaction, I am actually staying in Osaka for the first week and planning to head for kyoto in the second.
But I am mostly keeping this pretty open, I only booked the hotel in the first week and want to decide what to do from there on out. -
@Rexzooly I deleted the comment because I felt it was unnecessary to explain such obvious sarcasm.
Pretty sure Norman didn't actually mean that, but it's a bit rough around the edges kind of joke so I would get missing that one.
Saying you're doubtful of someone's motives is a bit offensive though. -
I didn't read your rant but you're wrong.

I keep on programming on personal projects to keep my mind off programming stuff from work. 🤷
In terms of getting better sleep, I'll get back to you, one day, hopefully. -
@just8littleBit I strive to one day reach that level of introversion. 🙏

I would expect GetBest() to return the best of whatever is in the friends list. Doesn't matter if they're good friends or not.
If not then the method should be renamed. If it's supposed to do what I said previously then it would have been obvious that the friends list is empty.
I might be overthinking this 😂 -
I just kind of grew out of it, one thing that really helped me though was actually not thinking about the deadline coming up.
I'd read the documentation on the pattern/ new API / whatever as slowly as I could understand it and then slowly implement it.
If I try implementing something without truly understanding it I notice I either start writing bad code or it's going slower than if I initially took some time to give it a good read.
Then again I usually pickup new things quite easily since 90% of my job is literally doing things I've never done before so I got used to it.🤷 -
Reading multiple sentences in all caps almost gave me a stroke.

Everyone's trying to decipher it, but me an actual intellectual would just click the button, wait and see if any more offers appear else deselect the button.
That way you never have to know the true meaning of the expression, debugging at its finest. -

As a young software developer in the analytical instruments development industry this rant sounds like a "Grandpa" rant.
We're constantly moving towards easier formats to develop in but there will always be young specialists in older fields which were taught by the older generation.
Do you not know how to program in binary? Young people these days don't know anything about binary anymore, ridiculous.
