So I purchased two Linksys routers about 2 years ago, and in the span of this month both of them effectively died after power loss...
They still kinda work, but both stopped detecting internet so because it's kinda their job to do that.. they are useless at this point
The models are WRT 1900ACS and MAX-STREAM AC1750

Now for the tin foil hat stuff - they both had 2 year warranties, that expired a few months ago, maybe planned obsolescence?

My goal would be to start my own software company - preferably without outside investors.

I don't think I'll be doing it anytime soon, at the moment none of my side projects are ready for public and likely never will.

Currently I'm motivated to start working on a git platform like GitHub or GitLab that improves developer UX and improves common pain points devs have, I would say this one has the most potential but it also requires so much work and time invested.

I also like making games in my spare time, but starting a game studio feels almost impossible to do without outside investors.

Every time I get annoyed by something on GitLab I'm more and more tempted to start making my own git platform.
What could possibly go wrong? :D

What CI software are you using?
Are you happy with it or what do you hate about it.

I tried 5 different CI platforms in the past week, and I did not like any of them..

Any recommendations? (Can also be self hosted, I have a k8s cluster at my disposal)

Oh and on top of that, you cannot use one from root parent, but also it cannot be named the same.

at my current job at a "big company" our development process sucks, something is on fire at all times, there are hundreds of dependency issues, it's so bad that I'm struggling to find motivation.

Yet they pay me well.. Yaay for big companies that refuse to change when provided with feedback on how to improve things.
