I find it weird that you receive full designs, aren’t you involved in the functional design?

Hey, if you come to hungary, it will be the exact opposite, clients want fucking virtual back buttons implemented

vanjau1477y@JohnDoesNot That is the problem :) Sometimes client give me a full design, and then, on the road and at the start I give them suggestions with good reasons. After constructive debate, they accept or not, but they listen to me and usually give me a good reason why not. That are good examples of the clients, and they’re usually from USA.

vanjau1477y@BindView That’s better then with no back button, because they don’t know that iPhone doesn’t have one...

I’m a mobile developer, iOS is my main platform. When I work for local clients, from Serbia and region, in most cases I get design by Android standards, Android native features etc, and they usually don’t have understanding for changing to iOS native features and that is just ugly, less quality UX and frustrating. In my region Android is main platform. Does anyone have this kind of problems? Is this happening at your place? Please share your experience, it will help me a lot with mine fights with windmills!
