Asking for a friend. Anyone here know how to get code syntax highlighting in Photoshop?

Screenshot and removing the background doesn’t help. It screws up the font of the code.

I think copy paste would be better solution

Congrats you made it to the first google page, besides that, the fastest way would be either just doing it manually or exporting the code to some rtf format and then copy pasting it into photoshop, I think that worked some time ago too.

in photoshop, give the screenshot layer display style "screen" and put a white layer under it. should work, screen layer style works like projector projecting its image on the layer below. everything that it black on the screen layer therefore isn't shown because the pixels are considered to emit no light.

@ThatDude Tried that. The characters get distorted.
