People who are on their computer all day, how do you deal with finger ache?

You keep your hands warm, select the most comfortable keyboard for you (some prefer low profile butterfly switches, other prefer Cherry MX Blue, others prefer Cherry MX Red, etc.).
    Ergonomics.

    Massage them regularly.

I have a Corsair K70 rgb but actually I like the keyboard on my Dell Latitude 3350 Edu more.

How do you feel about finger stretches? Are they useful? I tried then once but they only seemed to increase discomfort in my fingers.

I got a Powerball to exercise my hands/wrist and an ergonomic mouse.

Every few hours, I take 5-8 mins walk while solving a rubix cube once for each of my hand.

    ... finger aches?

    Never heard of them.

@Ashkin I like it cool in the room. As a side effect, my hands are usually a bit cold. And when I work a lot with the mouse, my right index finger starts hurting at the joint, from all of that scrolling and middle clicking, while the finger is cold.

@AndSoWeCode The cold never bothered me anyway ~

@AndSoWeCode do you use fingerless gloves to help keep your hands warm... and stylish?

Heavy deadlifts without wrist straps, at least that does it for me.
