Am I unlucky or perhaps in the wrong place if I’m always stressed as a junior dev coz too much pressure and they give you super tight deadlines and do languages that you never done before?

Or is what most people go through when they were juniors

    We all have been in the spot you are in currently. For me, I took it as a challenge and got really experience in handling tight deadlines, pressure and stress at workplace.

    Thats how it is. If you work in a team and are lucky enough to have good team members, they'll look after you, but they will push you.

    You should meet the challenge. You'll be better for it.

    When you pass from this phase, you will feel the victory and the past pain will help you to expand your caliber to deliver better products.

    @Bitwise they help me sometimes, rest of the time I hav to figure it out by myself but they always stress me so much

    Pressure is normal. And especially if you are at a startup, chances are a bit low to be taught by seniors/bosses. All you gotta do is do your best to absorb everything from every ways by any means. Good luck 🍀

    @mrlinnth yes indeed it is a startup. I get help from seniors but not as much. I’ll just suck it up and do my best, thanks
