MS released a patch against wannacry two month before it struck and people did not patch their machines. -
@Linux I think if people knew what the updates were or rather if they only force critical patches or any security patches then that's fine! I myself do smallest of patches but the other ones can just wait

You can set workhours when Windows will install updates -
@Linux I couldn't set it to the hours I wanted, I think something like 12h every 24h was the maximum...
