Why doesn't DevRant have a poll option? I am sure it will be useful to a lot of ranters 😊

In case you haven't noticed: it's called devRant, not devPoll

There was extensive discussion in the past, but many think that it isn't a NEEDED feature, but if you have other ideas, make sure to tell the devs!

@CurseMeSlowly you've got a good point but is more variety always the better option when you want to analyze large amounts of data? (in this case whether or not people want a poll or not)

Well, the reason I started this post was because I wanted to know the average age of developers onboard DevRant. From the looks of it, most are young and just getting into jobs. Poll would have been the only option to get proper information about it. Also, there is no search option, so couldn't find any older posts about poll 😛

I am not against the concept of polls. I just think adding poll as a devrant feature is not necessary.
