What's your favorite IT podcast, and do you listen while programming?

I follow:
Linux action show,
linux unplugged,
late night linux,
home assistant podcast.

Most of the time on about 1-1.5x speed.

I'm mostly into programming podcasts that go in depth on one or a few languages.

Besides those, BSD Now is definitely a favorite tho.
    Usually quite lengthy though.

I prefer silence or non-text audio while programming.

Bike shed, software engineering daily, hanselminutes, full stack radio and the change log. These are the ones that I have on my list. Bike shed is the only that I listen every week. The others depends on the episode topic, but they're very good. You get talks about software, programming languages and also about the developers and engineers.
