gitstashio29899dWho would want to work at night? Wasn't that the point in the first place when we chose this profession? Not to have to work shifts or in this case to work at night?
If it was 1995 and dial-up was still the way to go, and it was free to use the internet at night. Sure. Otherwise, no thanks. -
@jestdotty all the story i am telling is on my native language. So yes, my posts are a little weird but i do not try to find partners from email chains and posts.
What i mean is that i try to form a team of people that are wanting to do the startup thing, but not for becoming another CEO trapped of his office, but for what the technology was aimed for , to liberate man from work, something the first dreamers and inventors have imagined. -
@gitstashio it is just an example. I do not know about night, but FOR SURE i do not like sitting on computer before noon. My body wants movement, sun, light etc. I can code when my hormones start to calm down, that means afternoon and then . use whatever fits you. the problem is that we try to fit on company culture although we never had. Thats why almost all developers are hating meetings and ceremonies. Ping pong tables are not the solution.

Why i cannot find partners to form a team to write mvp's and products ? Everyone either look only his company job either is too not-disciplined. I try to find what i am doing wrong in that. I can provide more info about that. Why no one wants to be a free "wizard" negotiating with his own terms (e.g. i want to work at night) and everything now is fitting on companies culture etc.
