Kidnapping and torture are the worst crimes one can commit. If it was up to me, both would amount to life in prison without parole, no exceptions.

    @retoor it’s not torture if the subject is an inanimate object that was never human, or alive at all for that matter

    @kiki Exodus 21:17

    Were it up to an unenlightened clown following scripture by the letter, that is without thought or meditation, then saying half as much could be fatal under such unhinged jurisdiction.

    These ancient laws have a thousand and one exceptions each, however. Too many offenses are "punishable by death", but never in practice. You, however, very clearly wrote "no exceptions".

    Point being, either go through with establishing an exception to the law, therefore contradicting yourself, or go on trial for incitement to commit the worst crime.

    Furthermore, if you do go on trial, remember that it will set a precedent for future cases. Which is to say it may help other inciters get away with it in the future, if you are found innocent. And it coud also go the other way around.

    Moral of the story: legality is among the biggest dicks known to mankind.

    Nah, I'd say rape.
    Considerably worse.
