Serious answer: Side hustles are 99% bullshit driven by hype because it sounds cool to call yourself an "entrepeneur"

There are two ways to make money: Get a good job and work hard, or put in a gigantic amount of work and create something of your own you can monetize

    idk sell shitty courses

the TechLead from YouTube did a weird quiz a day emailing service apparently where he emailed people php problems and if you wanted the answer to the one yesterday you had to sign up to s month subscription and then you'd get the answer to the previous question in a new email

tutoring college students is what I'd think of. like the school I graduated from immediately sent out an email trying to hire a graduate to be a new teacher... lol. sounded so dumb

when I think of side businesses everything has been already done, and there's no way to make something and not make it shitty and have you TRIED to get past Google's SEO. the whole ecosystem just plain sucks. everybody wants to charge you money at every turn and you haven't even made a cent yet

@jestdotty TechLead, didn't trust that guy from the first video I saw. The vibes are strong. That so many people liked him. Lacking intuition? Damn, what a guy

Ok, I guess I'm going to make a course

Apparently a good software side gig is being a hacker to advertise for bitcoin recovery on a dev site.

if you have something you're absolutely passionate about, and have at least some expertise in, and can be reasonably monetised: that.

    if not: nothing.
