I'm more appalled with the choice of sugared red bull. Good way to pack on 20kg a year and work yourself towards diabetes and stomach ulcers.

For caffeine, drink espresso supplemented with a glass of water, maybe a flat white now and then or a sugar free energy drink as a treat. otherwise you'll barely make it through your twenties. I speak from experience...

@CurseMeSlowly I used to drink 4-5 500ml cans of Monster per day. Eventually you get cramps, and think vomiting every morning is just part of life. I made a complete recovery and lost 20kg, although I still drink a lot of strong coffee. It's not just red bull, drinking soda exclusively throughout the day is not great for your stomach acid levels.
