Why not? They can skip collecting data of few users. There are enough others. It would be fun to have a database especially from users who enabled their privacy. We'll find out what are taboos. Think what many people hide but appearantly isn't even that weird.

The funny thing about AI is they can't do the typical "buy an Indian" thing (a la Amazon's "just walk out" stores) because they need native-quality English speakers for their models.
