How do I increase my communication?

I feel more confident and less anxious now thanks to exercising more, so it's easier to talk to people.

But I'm told not talking to people, just coming in doing your work and leaving is bad by my boss.

I'm not sure how I can just approach people and talk shit. I guess I have to start with lunch. How do I find people to each lunch with?

You just gonna sit next to someone, say 'hi' (a bit cheered up) and start eat. Conversation follows probably. Flex how great your food is. Tell them you grew the vegetables yourself with your bare hands in the dirt. If they want, you can bring something for him/her/them to try blablabla.

You could try talking with Replika app as training, it's great in common chitchat. It's educational for that even. I'm not kidding.

It could be difficult bcz they've seen your posts. I have. And for this reason I'd shout 'it's taken' as soon as you enter the town.

While a humorous note, it's meant to relay that you can't establish a constructive conversation if your language is as rude and/or profane as some of your posts here.

P.S. I can't tell if it's a genuine qn or yet another of your nonsense posts

@netikras You might be onto something. I need to fix myself

Why do you need people? First, you should be comfortable with yourself alone. Learn this. Do childish stupid things, laugh, dance, joke. And then you will understand that you don’t really need people. Create your own world.

If you are cheerful, the people you need will find a reason to communicate with you.

I find people to be too boring for smalltalk

you seem to like to consume their vibes on the other hand. so you just want to see them shine

so I guess you'd end up the type to ask people about how their day went or their hobbies or if they say anything you can just ask something like "and how did you find it? did you like it?"

I had a friend like that once. he was very extroverted and all he would do is just ask people about everything them in their life to empathize with them and feed off that energy. later on in life he thought he was autistic lol. he would memorize all this information no less. he didn't come off weird though. he was quite socially successful and liked from my eyes, but literally all he would do is just ask people about themselves and enjoy listening to them talk. which apparently is like a whole psychological trick; people like talking about themselves

oh yeah there was a good book I read once, rec for anyone young. How to make friends and influence people

@jestdotty I would only ask questions I really want to know the answer for, that way at least I'm not wasting my time. Also, I would naturally really listen because I want to know the answer.

@Nanonoko I can't survive this world alone, unfortunately

@kanyewest It's sad... I don't need people to be happy... My family is enough for me to be happy...

    @Nanonoko family is people bro

"I don't need people" = single person on Earth

    Now that's sad.

Also, I am not talking about happiness here, happiness is from within definitely.
