I'm on a trial day for a new designer job. Now i'm tasked to implement my screen design into html. I feel so lost.

why? You said "designer" job and I don't think they do coding ... :\

I'm sorry but I don't trust designers who don't write frontend.

Maybe your design was so extremely extraordinary that they wanted you to code it just to show you that it's very hard?
Just kidding.
It looks like you are maybe applying to a company, where everyone is full stack in the eyes of the boss? Small companies tend to do so.
"We know that you are backend desktop Dev, but we need someone to quickly work on those few WordPress's for out client. I hope you don't mind."
