zshh38249yThe reason behind Flash losing so much popularity was that Apple did not think it was right to have a company (Adobe in this case) control such a big standard of the internet, so they disabled Flash from working in their products, and the rest is history. -
xroad23149y@simeg I don't think that's the case at all. Android could never make Flash work, and Apple abandoned it altogether. The world was moving more towards mobile and Flash couldn't keep up -
kevin7349yAgreed with you xroad. Apple doesn't support it because it's not mobile friendly and sluggish to run in mobile.
Internet is a much better place than before after flash died. -
Now if only we can convince the oddballs who think flash is going to make their new web app kill it on the market...
