- It's web based.
- The developer gave him just URL and login info.
- Alex said he asked the developer to develop a project with his own requirements and paid his fees.
- Alex has no idea where the website is hosted or what is the server info.
- Alex said developer has been taking very long to finish this project.
- Alex said he got 11000 when 10000 is supposed to add to 10000. And he wonder if it is a software error or not.

For now, I enlightened him that he needs a server for a web app to function and without server info I cannot do much to inspect or help him. So now he is trying to ask the server info from his developer.
