I would get into a heated discussion with them if they waste my time like that.
Also would find any where people might hear about thay company and broadcast their incompetence.

Hahaha classic. Last time I was job hunting I came across a job posting for a "junior cybersecurity engineer" and they literally wanted 10+ years experience in the cybersecurity industry.

What mother fucker with 10+ years experience in the cybersecurity industry is going to accept a junior job?!

This seems to be a trend now. Rarely do companies actually hire for the job they posted. I think alot of them are just keyword gaming so people submit resumes and the on-boarding folks can say they are working. Either that or they are actually trying to find the experienced dev that's willing to take a paycut. 🙄

Same thing happened to me. Two positions posted, one junior and one senior, yet it seemed like they were hiring only one dev. Oh well.
