The sounds coming from the support department remind me of a bunch of high schoolers:

have you ever worked support? the job entirely consists of frustration and absorbing emotional shrapnel. the hardest part of support is figuring out ways to offgas all that negative mojo so you can keep doing your job without completely melting down. sometimes that looks like nerfgun fights, sometimes it looks like bitching, but it will always look like *something*.

I worked in support at my college, and I would get legitimate screaming faculty members (in their 40 and 50s mind you, grown ass adults) who would yell and scream about how we messed up their computer. Most of the time I would go down, and turn on the monitor or the computer, and that would "solve" the issue. Support sucks!

@meredithlynn I have worked in support and I'm not discrediting the work that goes into it. I just prefer to not have the entire office distracted from their work because the support guys can't handle stress lol
