Root797717yI'd have taken their SD card and shot some photos of the dirt, the trash cans, and a random drunkie, then handed it back saying was my "new portfolio" and "this is really some of my best work, but since it's our initial meet, you can have it for free" and left. 🙂

That story is from ClientsFromHell so not related to OP.
<@Floydian>
Who cares if it's not dev related???
Just ignore it. -
Is "SO pissed" another way of saying "angry on stack overflow"?
(Sorry for the bad joke) -
@Floydian this kind of thing is relevant to freelancing in general and happens to devs as well as photographers. I happen to be both a dev and a photographer.

The guy was expected to say "oh geez, you got me!" and take the pictures.
But real life is not the TV show Dora the Explorer. -
That is just laughable...
Your wedding... You're going to risk getting no pictures versus trying to get them for free ... At your WEDDING?!
Well done... Idiot. -
Holy shit what a jerk. What was he thinking? That the guy just brings along his camera with a random set of lenses for any kind of visual setting?
Also why? I'm using the dark theme at night and this bright as daylight image just makes my eyes hurt. Still worth it though. -
I would make photos and everything but for their second meet the prizes had been increased a ton. There would have been a second meet to get the photos.
Since they are wedding photos they will pay up and otherwise you have some portfolio stuff.
They try to outsmart you? You outsmart them... -
Wow... Shit like that really fucks up my brain. How can people like that exist.
I would be SO pissed.
