At my old school, the access to the CMD was blocked.
But you could write and execute Batch-Scripts tho. -

Then how about coping cmd.exe onto the desktop and renaming it before use? -
@metamourge On my school we didn't have any significant security measures other than hdguard and that directories on the school-drive (Z:) when a jar-File was inside.

@chilledfrogs It was more about beeing able to tinker with the commands. I used "Win+R: cmd" and your suggestion would essentially do the same.
