Do any of you play Elite: Dangerous?

Yup, recently did the grind for both fed and imp and now have both ships

I did! I even bought a HOTAS to play it with as well.

So fucking cool.

Problem is I got into it from the start, and it’s just so damn boring and shallow.

I’m not much for combat / piracy, and these games always seem to target those the most as some lowest common denominator nonsense.

I got bored and frustrated real quick, sold the HOTAS and haven’t played since.

Might revisit it in a year or so if they have more content / spaceflight isn’t so tedious.

@Brolls a lot of new content has been added recently that’s worth checking out and the engineering is much better than it was although the game is best when played as part of a group
