I just saw a website that hid the login and sign up buttons while ad block was enabled. No popups or anything asking me to disable the ad block.

Edit: It's a rewards site, so it hides your profile name and the points out have. However, it appears the arrow that drops down the profile and log out buttons stays. You can click on your profile and still see the rewards you have, so it's not impossible. However, other little features where restricted throughout the entire website.
