Paranoid, a bit! But hey, who cares, it allows you to sleep well let night knowing your data is relatively safe and recoverable! I've 2 off-site and 1 local backup!

This is excessive to say the least.
I feel that keeping up with the backups and ensuring every storage mechanism has the most recent update is a pain.
I keep my project backups on Google drive , and usually have a copy in my downloads.
I trust Google enough to be satisfied with this. -

Everything is automated, and I would not trust Google with TB of data from my private life. -
