I'm gonna be 29 soon. (like in few months) 5% or 10% of my hair is white. I rarely dye my hair. But I guess I have to dye regularly now. Any tips or suggestions? 👀

Maybe your biological age is high or it is hereditary. I have white hairs too and it's getting a lot lately. I just cut it if I have some free time lol. I don't want to dye because I think it will make it worse. What do you think mate?
