Unlike most of the comments here that are discouraging, i support this. If someone wants to replace linux, we'd be happy to try a new OS

There are projects out there, that try to accomplish the same or follow similar goals that would benefit more from contributions than a project that's basically doomed to fail if OP does not plan on gathering a good chunk of people who are up to the task
