    @sharktits nah man. You more than anyone else knows that a text editor cannot compare to all that comes from an IDE. And the JetBrains suite is pretty darned impressive.

    @Rabbyte never tried using webstorm for php. I can imagine there are some similitudes tho

    @Rabbyte there are some extras for php, but they are fairly similar. Dont quote me tho, only used them for coursework.

    Awesome you can know starve your RAM :) hope you got at least 16GB, that crap always lives on the ranges of 4~8GB by itself

    @linuxxx netbeans. I love phpstorm and prefer it over netbeans for php development, also consider that I have to maintain some rather large php apps. But netbeans is pretty sweet too

    A bit expensive so it took 3 years to convice my work of the advantages.
