Hey, when i was a complet noob i got to install 2 windows 7 one over another in different partitions, so everything is possible with a high enough level of bad luck and a little hint of stupidity 😶

I'd literally buy 2 seperate disks for Windows and Linux because Windows really like to delete the boot manager.

@c3ypt1c yea... this is the opposite issue, grub installed itself over the boot manager even though I told it to install on the drive where Ubuntu is installed

Maybe your boot manager just moved oway to OP's pc 🤔
