Me to designer: "I did the research and this just isn't possible to implement, I'm sorry"

What I actually mean: "There's a couple of ways I could implement that feature, but all of them require me to do sketchy things that destroy my integrity as a programmer."

    And THAT's the reason why I as a designer joined DevRant. *evillaugh* πŸ˜„

    Occasionally I have to do some "research" about very bad ideas. After collecting facts for a day or two, I just throw them to their faces and with an honest concern in my face, I tell them : "this is going to fuck up your product and I'm not going to do it because it's wrong".

    I'm not coding shit anymore. Those days are long gone now.

    I've had a developer tell me this once, thinking that I didn't know anything about code.

    Well he was sure surprised when I did it for him. 🀣 At the same time though, I'm thinking about IA when I design things so developers don't have to end up at that conclusion. ♥️

    @Scribbles1188 πŸ˜† awesome!

    I guess i would say it was alright if the dev said he personally don't like to do it because of X. But just saying it's not possible, is like challenging me to proof him otherwise. ☺️

    @heyheni For real, I was definitely thinking, "Challenge accepted." Lol
