Name a non-mainstream linux distro that doesn’t suck! genuine question! I even chose the “Question” tag!

    Nix if you don't regard it as mainstream (I have never used it though, but people seem to really like it)

    A very good question.

    I'd also like to know the answer.

    is any Linux mainstream?

    is arch mainstream?

    arch is the only one that didn't break on me so I went with arch btw

    (was on Manjaro but endeavourOS is cleaner... my bf straight up installed arch himself with some installer but endeavourOS comes with some libraries that are typically used so I prefer it. and Manjaro's package manager sucks)

    For what purpose? Desktop use, I'd stick to mainstream. Server use, I'd use FreeBSD instead.

    I use something called Debian for my stuff. It's pretty new and hip.

    @fruitfcker why freebsd?

    Prolly Pop!_OS

    And yes I think the punctuation is retarded!

    Interesting coincidence.

    I've just installed Pop!_OS.

    Next in line for testing are OpenMandriva Rome && EndeavourOS.

    @kiki personally, it's clean and simple just like the early Linux of 20 odd years ago. I don't have to deal with systemd (debatable. maybe).

    also: try mint.
