Voxera113887y@-ANGRY-CLIENT- well I saw an example of a keylogger built purely in css :/
Using css matching pattern for input containing a char and :after to load a 1x1 pixel image with the char as param.
A lot of rules, one per char, and not perfect as it could send chars out of order but still, it got you all chars and mostly in order, for a less than stellar password this would reduce trial & error to a couple of dozen variants. -
anekix3917ythat is a very valid statement.html when used with css is turning complete .if it's turning complete it can be used to carry out computation.so yes it's a programming language when you see it from a perspective of what actually is a language.but if you use only for representing documents( which I can guarantee no one uses today just for that) it's not a programming language.

Wozza638687yWell HTML 5 often refers to not just HTML 5 but newer versions of JavaScript and CSS. They are probably looking for someone with all round front end experience

Why does it bother you so much? In a sense it’s not wrong. Sure it’s a mark up language and an extension of XML, but technically it is still interpreted by a browser to display something. So in a way you are programming what her browser sees. You guys are way too young to be so jaded.

Zerq717yIt's a markup language... whats your problem.
Also the DOM used in java-script is technically part of HTML5.
The term html5 programming may seam awkward but is not entirely wrong...
You cant do that much with java-script without the DOM to work with...
Compare it with .net programming... vs C# progamming -
programming language
n.
An artificial language used to write instructions that can be translated into machine language and then executed by a computer.
it is a programming language -
@deusprogrammer
I understand, since I'm one of those people who can't tell if things are a joke—even if I don't want to admit it lol. That's why I pointed it out. -
@rEaL-jAsE It still falls under the definition, so I'll keep saying it's a programming language to annoy people like I seem to have you :^)
-
@Michelle Yeah, I have already said I see your side, but I'll stick to the dictionary to annoy
Does this provoke anyone?
