As long as they work the same number of hours required, it doesn't matter to me when they show up.

If I've got to be in the office for 40 hours a week, and they do as well, that's all I care about.

@Hu-bot0x58 Besides, going in a later time would show they're more productive at a later time or else HR/management would likely step in and make them show up at a normal 8/9:00.

Some people are more productive at night/afternoon. I get it. My longest stretches of productivity have hit me at late night and lasted until 6:00 (AM). It happens 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Some people are night owls and if they work the same hours... Why not
