Was in a Sharepoint only department for 3 months.

Point 1) Microsoft is the only one truth und Sharepoint and its lists/documents are THE only single point of information in their opinion.

Point 2) Created an JS application on their customer site that shows projects on a map and gives additional information about several projects. Embedding external JS code on an existing SP page is like throwing a 200-sided dice. Had some fun deploying on different envs...

Point 2b) Uploading files for deployment? Yesssss, in order to work correctly you just have to connect it with Win explorer. Server had not installed some services and it cost me 2 days to fix that shit.

Point 3) The payload of a single pageload. Oh my god. reload - sleep - code - repeat.

Point 4) Never ever.

did you try exchange? you need 10 different frameworks and IIS as the smtp server
