So who else likes to get high and code?

I would do probably, but would need to find some half-decent edibles from nefarious sources (illegal here) so as not to have all my stuff stinking of weed.

I usually like to get high and listen to LiL Peep to just chill. It's literally the only thing that keeps me going.

Usually I become stupid when I smoke, so I prefer to do it after coding (except when I do debugging).

It has to do with the shitty weed we have in my country.

Coding is not usually the top of my list!

Only on meth. Damn I programmed for a straight 16+ hours on that.

@growling Really, because I ended up in the hospital? Teach me your ways.

Oh yea, weed + code is amazing. Although it heavily depends on the strain I have, some I can't use during work or else it makes me anxious but some strains make me think better.

I'm doing it right now haha

@nate Usually the best when you take a break from it like 2-3 days. Pure focus. Just take breaks. There’s only so much your body can handle. And at the point where you’re awake after 2 days, each hit doesn’t have that much of an effect

    here. best thing ever.
but not when it's first time smoking after a longer pause, those first two-three highs are too intensive. during those, i prefer to listen to music/watch movies, and only think about code/design games in my head. because in those states, reading and writing (anything) feels horrible, as if my whole being was trying to stuff itself into each letter/character, and it's incredibly claustrophobic.

after these first two-three "fresh highs", though, coding is awesome. i can keep huge complex interconnected structures whole in my mind, and just instinctually know how they behave, the focus and sharpness is amazing, the internal monologue so helpful, time runs at a great speed, slowly but dynamically, it's...
    ... yes.
    bliss =D

    +1.

Bought a vapo so i could quit tobacco.

I optimized my consumption by at least 2x thanks to that.

And i dont need papers, lighter s nor smokes.

@growling gives "ruby on rails" new meaning lol

@AlexDeLarge, we should get high together. But we might end up arguing -_-.

@AlexDeLarge for some reason, i dislike vaporizers. the vapor tastes and feels weird, as if i wasn't smoking anything (the effect has very different, weaker onset), while at the same time it's much harsher on my throat and makes me cough in a very specific, disgusting way that nothing else can cause, the effect seems to be much weaker (and different, in a way i dislike) even when i use up more weed, and seeing all the "used up" material, even though it's not really used up (as in burnt) feels very wasteful even though i know that's the point...

... for me, it's "dry bongo" (as we call it here, not sure if it translates well) all the way. three or four hits of a size of a peas, and i'm perfectly happily where i want to be. no weirdness, no disgusting cough, no weird waste i need to dispose of, no pre-heating period, takes about 5 minutes tops.
