Vue, hands down. If you're strictly choosing between the two I would go with React but it depends on the place where you live, type of projects and job opportunities.

@hndk I got started with REACT and there's a lot to like. It's pretty easy to work with as a JS newbie.

@F9lke I've programmed in C++ and Java before I picked up JS so, to me it's a pretty easy to learn language.
Not so much if you were new to programming. -
olback107986yI looked at React and tried Vue but never really got it. Just recently tried Angular 6 and I love it. Typescript is by far my favorite language right now.
But as @AlexDeLarge said, it's all subjective. There's no 'best framework'.
