So a question to all of the Java developers out there, am I the only one who can’t stand the idea of programming using eclipse or netbeans? I feel like Intellij idea is the best IDE that one can use

@oudalally when I look at netbeans I feel like I am looking at something that is waaaaay too old if you know what I mean, thats why I have never even tried to use it

I'm not really a Java dev, but the other day the only working solution for a problem I found was in Java, so I had to somehow get that running. I was using netbeans and didn't really face any problems using it, but on the other hand I'm not doing much with it, except compiling one class.

When you've had the pleasure of working with VSCode & Visual Studio all Jetbrains ides along with Eclipse/Netbeans seem so very poor.

Never want to switch to something else than Jetbrains products

I was indoctrinated into using eclipse and I haven’t escaped yet

I use Intellij in school, but have to use Eclipse at work. And an altered version, at that. But it's almost 20 year old software, so it fits.
