@620hun really? Last time I tried it on desktop it borked. iirc correctly I needed to find a driver to read the disks.

@pixeltherapy That's weird. Try TinyCore maybe? It's a only a couple of megabytes, probably won't have a big footprint.

I have an old laptop with a built-in floppy drive which I want to use to recover data from a bunch of AtariST Double Density disks.
Can anyone recommend a Linux distro and package for getting the job done? This is the only job it needs to do before being donated to a museum ;)
