i am newby in devrant. But i think it could be nice idea to implement a poll system. What do you think?

    @JS96 Nice idea, I think these 3 are the first things that will get polled if it gets added:
    Spaces vs tabs
    Vim vs emacs
    Win vs mac vs linux
    :P Would be interesting to see the results though

    When I first joined devRant I agreed but I have come to realize that devRant isn't a place to ask questions rather than a place to... you know... rant

    No polls! I don't think of Devrant as a general purpose forum. To me, it's purpose is much more refined.

    I don't think user polls should be added, but a weekly poll along with the weekly tag would be cool.

    @dfox commented on this topic before. This things gets boring easily and sometimes overused. So he doesn't want to implement it.
