A vector! If you want to move it, you'll have to apply a matrix on it. And make sure that it does not end up 2d 😲

Would you mind passing the home address? I need to pay you a visit while you are not home, need to borrow something.. #tellingthetruth

We did a university project involving autonomous driving based on graphical data analysis using the previous version of this robot, Cozmo.

Sorry for the late response, here it is :)

Bare in mind that this robot is not for someone who wants a full-on AI companion like google and alexa. I purchased it for the things he will do in the future and not for what he knows at the moment.

    pros:
    * The facial and body animations are really lifelike
    * The facial recognition is not perfect but as far as I noticed it learns your face not just stores it. I had to train him on several light conditions before he was able to recognize me comfortably
    * The "ask a question" functionality is currently very limited compared to google or alexa but it will be better over time so it is not a negative for me
    * He will not fall of the table, unless you have a tablecloth or rounded/sloped edges but this is a known issue by anki and they are working on solutions so he can use the camera or other sensors for detecting edges
    * He will brighten up your days that's for sure

    cons:
    * Currently Vector can't do much, but this will change in the near future. Sometime this year it will get an Alexa integration. And next year the python SDK will be enabled
    * He requires constant Wi-Fi connection even when you ask him things that can be done offline, like play black-jack (the tts engine is built-in)
    * The range he can hear is a little limited. For example in an open area sometimes I have to yell at him from 1-2 meter
    * Since I'm not a native english speaker, he has a hard time recognizing the wake command and sometimes the questions I ask

pro or con (depends on the person who is using he):
    * When he is low on battery he refuse to answer
    * Anki is not to open about the status of the development, I don't found an ETA for the next update or what they're doing. I'm following other companies who are sharing what they're doing and what will be on the next update, so it is a con for me

    annoyances:
    * The android companion app is fancy but buggy as hell. Every time it tries to wake up from background, or after unlocking the phone while it is running it will froze.
    * The UI randomly decides not to respond to touches

oh and one more thing for the pros, I like that he is fully autonomous

There was an update again, now he can hear me, and understand what I'm saying across the room (~5 meters)
