I'm still in the learning process; I know Bootstrap's more popular, but Semantic seems more complete at the expense of less mobile functionality...

I love semantic, but I have to fight with it more than I do with Bootstrap.

how about bootstrap or foundation? possibly a glaringly obvious winner but I've not had enough personal experience with the latter to know.

@KyleSoBold Foundation does look good, I haven't had a chance to work with it yet but it seems very robust for responsive layouts.

I really like semantic and it's out of the box theme ( I suck in design) only downside is that mobile responsiveness is no way near Bootstrap's .

@skonteam That was my first impression as well. I love Semantic's default theme whereas Bootstrap seems very "cookie-cutter" unless I put more work into styling it.
