I see all these rants about crappy employers and bosses, and it reminds to be greatful that I work at a really awesome company. I feel the pain for those who have to deal with crap, because I've been there.

Out of curiosity, what would you say makes your employer awesome? Is it the benefits, agility, respect, or something else?

All of the above. Don't getme wrong, there still days that hurt, but the good far outpaces the not so good. Great benefits, good work-life balance most of the time, on-site cafeteria, on-site Starbucks, great 401K, and awesome flex schedule, to name a few. And we're an airline, so almost free standby flight benefits.
