JhonDoe28605yomg, oh I get it, night owl. do you work independent or a company made you take the night shift?
-
@JhonDoe
It was a project with my friends. I didn't sleep at night for a few days and after a while I turned into a night owl 😂
But it's so bad ...
I'm looking forward to sleep like a normal human 😅 -
JhonDoe28605y@mmtaleghani you really should. There was a time in the office we got a coworker, who had these problems:
insomnia, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder.
I'm not psychologist nor psychiatrist, so for me, It all started by the insomnia. watch out -
iAmNaN71915yI get up at 0600, work days, so when I get a call at 0200, I'm not a happy camper. Fortunately that didn't happen often. It's been a long time since I had to work regular nights, thankfully.

IshYume3075yI can actually shift my sleep schedule during class times i wake up at around 6:30 but during vacation i wake up around 11-12. My trick is forcing myself to go to sleep at a reasonable time or forcing myself to wake up using an alarm at least 45 mins before i leave the house and after 2-3 days my body becomes used to it and i start feeling sleepy so that i at least get 6 hours of sleep before i wake up automatically

@JhonDoe Two years of insomnia right here. (have had it, long over by now)
Can't recommend it much 😅 -
@JhonDoe not psychological but my short term memory is genuinely quite fucked. That'll probably never come back for 100 percent.
