nibor46057y@vane they eventually came to a settlement in 2008 I think, which is why you can get The Beatles on iTunes now (they weren't there before 2010). -
Actually, the American computer manufacturer's name was Apple Computer Inc. Then they settled the naming issue with the British Apple corp. and from then on they became Apple Inc.

Kaji20717y@ethernetzero Further (at least in America), it’s not considered a trademark issue if you are in different enough industries that it’s felt there shouldn’t be any confusion. Which is why things were good...up until the iTunes store.
